      • Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
      • Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
      • Orders received by 3pm Pacific Time ship the same business day.

      Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 days to the West Coast and 5-9 Days to the East Coast and Canada.

      Daily Order Cut Off Time
      Orders placed after 3pm Pacific or 6pm Eastern will ship on the following business day. We ship orders on Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Southern California and shipments take apx. 5-9 business days to arrive on the East Coast & Canada. If you live in the West, your order will most likely arrive within 2 or 3 business days.
      Two Way Shipping (Lower 48 Continental US Orders Only)
      Lower 48 US orders over $200 qualify for two way shipping and you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label through our online return portal. If you would like to process a return using a free return label, see the return section below and use the "Start My Return" button.
      Note: Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO customers do not qualify for free return shipping.

      Overnight Shipping Terms
      Overnight shipping is only available in the Lower 48 of the US and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. (some rural areas) Rudy Project is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight*. Overnight orders placed on Friday could be processed the following business day based on the cutoff time defined above. (We do not offer Saturday delivery)

      Delivery Address / Post Office Boxes
      Sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes so we'll need a residential or commercial street address to ship your order to. (with exception to APO/FPO addresses) If you submit your order with a PO Box as the delivery address, this will delay your order from being processed until we are able to contact you and obtain a valid residential shipping address.

      Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Guam Customers
      For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, we offer custom shipping options to your region and you will see these during checkout. Sorry, but we can not offer overnight shipping to your area.

      Canadian Shipment Schedule
      All duties and taxes, door to door are included in the shipping fee's during checkout for Canadian orders. We ship all Canadian orders on Tuesday's and Thursday's and they typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please call us so we can track it. Sorry but we do not ship orders to the Canadian province of Nunavut NU.

      * All shipping prices are subject to change without notice. Free shipping offers exclude order with a helmet(s). Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events could cause delays for delivery services. When the delay is due to an act of nature, shipping refunds are not issued.

      If your original purchase qualified for free return shipping, you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label once you complete your return through our online return portal below.
      Once your return has been created and accepted, package the item(s) securely in the original box and place the return shipping label over the original label and make sure your return authorization number is visible on the outside of the box. Drop your package off with an appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
      If you do not have the original box or receive a prepaid return label, please send your item(s) back in a secure shipping carton and sent in a traceable manner (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to the following address:

      If you're experiencing issues with your Rudy Project prescription eyewear, please contact us directly and our optical team will assist you. If this is your first pair of sport prescription eyewear there's a wide range of possible adaptation issues that could exist and in most cases it can be handled without giving up and returning your glasses. We want you to be happy with your new prescription glasses and provide additional support to ensure you are, but if you decide to return your order for any reason just follow the instructions below.
      If you ordered prescription eyewear directly through us, start your return within 90 days of purchase using the button below for a 100% refund* for any frame or accessories and a 50% refund for the rx lenses and any coatings. (less any shipping & handling fee).
      If you ordered prescription eyewear through an authorized Rudy Project retailer, please return your eyewear to the retailer for assistance.
      Product Exchanges
      Sorry, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. To complete an exchange, return your original order per the instructions above and place a new order on our site for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.
      * Original packaging should be returned or a repacking fee will be deducted from your credit. If you received a promotional item(s) with your original purchase, this promotional item(s) should be returned or we'll deduct the retail value of the promotional item(s) from your credit. Product returned for credit must be in 100% resalable condition and show no signs of wear or use.
