      Daily Order Cut Off Time
       
      Orders placed after 3pm Pacific or 6pm Eastern will ship on the following business day. We ship orders on Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Southern California and shipments take apx. 5-9 business days to arrive on the East Coast & Canada. If you live in the West, your order will most likely arrive within 2 or 3 business days.
       
      Two Way Shipping
      For all orders that qualify for two way shipping, you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label through our online return portal. To start your return see the return section below and use the "Start My Return" button.

      Overnight Shipping Terms
      Overnight shipping is only available in the Lower 48 of the US and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. (some rural areas) Rudy Project is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight*. Overnight orders placed on Friday could be processed the following business day based on the cutoff time defined above. (We do not offer Saturday delivery)
      If your order qualifies for FREE Overnight Shipping, you must select the Overnight Shipping option during checkout.


      Delivery Address / Post Office Boxes
      Sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes so we'll need a residential or commercial street address to ship your order to.


      Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Guam Customers
      For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, we have a flat rate shipping and handling fee (see above) for your entire order. No Overnight shipping option is available for these destinations.


      Canadian Shipment Schedule
      Canadian shipments leave our warehouse on Tuesday's and Thursday's and typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please call us so we can track it. Sorry but we do not ship orders to the Canadian province of Nunavut NU.

      * All shipping prices are subject to change without notice. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events could cause delays for delivery services. When the delay is due to an act of nature, shipping refunds are not issued.

      If your original purchase qualified for free return shipping, you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label through our online return portal. To make a return, use the "Start My Online Return" button below. Once complete, package the item(s) securely in the original box and place the return shipping label over the original label and make sure your return authorization number is visible on the outside of the box. Drop your package off with an appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number. If you do not have the original box or a return label, please send your item back in a traceable manner (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to the following address:
