Non Prescription Product Return Policy

You may return any un-worn product(s) you purchased (including outlet items) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less any shipping and handling fee.

Prescription Eyewear Return Policy

If this is your first pair of sport prescription eyewear, there's a wide range of potential adaptation issues that could occur and in most cases, can be handled without giving up and returning your custom sunglasses.

First, get support from our Rx team by emailing rx@rudyprojectna.com and we'll do everything we can to make your custom eyewear perform for you.

We want you to be happy with your new prescription eyewear and will provide additional support to ensure you are, but if you decide to return your order for any reason just follow the instructions below.

If you ordered prescription eyewear through an authorized Rudy Project retailer, please return your eyewear to that retailer for assistance.

If you ordered prescription eyewear directly through Rudy Project, and we're unable to correct any issues you may have with adapting to them, we offer a full refund on the sunglass frame (or accessories) and a 50% refund on the rx lenses (and any coatings) less any shipping and handling fee.

Sorry, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. To complete an exchange, return your original order per the instructions above and place a new order on our site for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.

All product returns should be processed through our online return portal. Use the link below to begin.

Once your return has been created, follow the instructions provided to package the item(s) securely and send them to our return center as soon as possible.

Please Note:

  • Original packaging should be returned or a repacking fee will be deducted from your credit.
  • If you received a promotional item(s) with your original purchase, this promotional item(s) should be returned or we'll deduct the retail value of the promotional item(s) from your credit.
  • Product returned for credit must be in 100% resalable condition and show no signs of "real" outdoor wear that would deem them unsalable. Obviously you need to try on and gently use our products to determine if they're just right for you, but please keep in mind that product being returned for credit must be new and resalable.
  • Exceptions may be made to this for both prescription and non-prescription eyewear at Rudy Project discretion.
