Wind Shield Lens
The Cutline wraparound rimless shield lens is designed to ensure superior eye protection all while expanding your field of vision. The shape of the lens delivers maximum visibility in riding position and protects your eyes from wind, dust and atmospheric elements
ADJUSTABLE NOSEPAD AND TEMPLE TIPS
The soft adjustable nosepad offers an exceptional fit for any shape of face. This system also allows to adjust the glasses’ height and their distance from the face to prevent misting. Adjustable temple tips ensure fully-customised fit and a perfect grip. Simply apply a gentle pressure to adjust these terminals in any direction
To accelerate heat evaporation, Cutline features the Rudy Project proprietary Power Flow System. The combined action of the 4 vents on the lens with the ones placed on temples and bumpers enhances air circulation to avoid the risk of fogging during the activity.
Cutline supports the RX Optical Insert for sportsmen with correction needs who want to benefit from the Cutline comfort and eye protection
These sunglasses have great face coverage as advertised. They are supposed to darken outside. Yes somewhat, but not quite enough and the sun was still pretty bright. Also, they fogged up some. I was suprised.
Love the fit and protection of Cutline! No dust, mud, or small bugs are ever able to get in while riding. Superior grip, completely adjustable to fit any face, plus a super cool look!
I have two pairs of Cutline’s because they are superior in windy conditions. I use my Cutline’s to do barn chores, ride my horses, and ride my bike. The last year has been especially windy here in Colorado and I would not have been able to function outside without the protection of these glasses. Their adjustability helps keep them comfortable for long days and adapting to my multitude of helmets.
I use these photochromic lenses for a lot of activities including hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing in varying light conditions including deep wooded trails. Photochromic lenses really work for changing light conditions. In low to moderate light they are a subtle reddish brown that increases contrast and are not too dark. In brighter light they are more of a pleasant copper gold colour. The laser coating adds a subtle reddish gold mirror effect. Highly recommended for varying light conditions.
I have had my Rudy Project Rydons for about 6 months. They are so well designed it's amazing. Adjustable temples and nose pads make them fit really well, they are stable even for aggressive mountain biking. The lens choices make them so versatile. I have smoke black for general purpose, and Impact X2 Photochromic Clear to Laser Brown for hiking and biking. Even in deep wooded trails in winter the vision is excellent with them. Editing to add that they come with a good quality hard case that has a flap that holds two extra pairs of lenses, plus a microfiber pouch.
