I have tried many different models and makes of sunglasses for cycling and these are the best. Rarely fog and only when stopping on a sweaty day and even then, minimally. Shield my eyes very well and the photo chromatic lenses work perfectly. I highly recommend these.
I use these for cycling and they’re a huge step up from my old Bollé Paroles.
The lenses are a good size: they provide complete protection from dust, bugs and stones without caving to the current extreme oversize trend. The fit adjusts easily and is very secure; no slipping down the nose, even when sweating. My nose has a low bridge and the adjustable nosepiece is a life-saver. The clarity of the IMPACTX-2 photochromic clear to black lenses is superb: wearing the Cutlines around indoors I’ve forgotten I was wearing them (which is also a testament to their light weight). The lenses change tint quickly when moving from sun to shade and range, from dark enough for bright sun to clear enough for rainy days or twilight rides (9-74% transmission, I believe). The gray tint seems good for all conditions; so far I haven’t felt the need to invest in lenses of a different color. Ventilation is quite good once you get the fit adjusted: initially I had a little fogging on high-intensity climbs, but the lenses were sitting low on my face and the lower bumpers were resting on my cheekbones; once I tweaked the nosepiece and raised the lenses a little, the airflow improved and the fogging stopped.
I also ordered a couple of Chromatic Kits (white and fluorescent yellow): they pop on and off easily and it’s fun to be able to match the glasses to my jersey.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the Cutlines; I'd definitely buy them again.
