Replacing Insert for Exception

I purchased a pair of Exception flip-up sports sunglasses in 2024. They were a perfect solution for indoor/outdoor and changing light conditions without having to change out my lenses. Unfortunately, one of the lenses in the insert somehow fell off the frame without my noticing. I'm ordering a replacement in hopes that it will last a bit longer this time.

Been wearing several Exception pairs and discontinued Kabrio , best insert and shades for over 20 years . I bike a lot , motorcycle and hike also. Frame are light, insert with prescription always awesome, hope they keep making them . Thx
