Free Product Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Rudy Project Free Product Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions (the "Official Rules"). No purchase necessary to win and purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Rudy Project North America, located at 1015 Calle Amanecer, San Clemente, California, 92673 (the "Sponsor"). Life Time, Inc. does not sponsor or endorse this promotion, nor is Life Time, Inc. the host or administrator of this promotion. Life Time, Inc. does not bear any liability for this promotion and you agree to hold harmless Life Time, Inc. from and against any claim or cause of action that arises as a result of your participation in this promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and affiliates of Rudy Project, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 1/1/2025 and ends on 10/18/2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Rudy Project Free Product Giveaway list and remain subscribed through the duration of the Giveaway. Limit one entry per person. Participants may also enter by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their full name, email address, and phone number to: 1015 Calle Amanecer, San Clemente, California, 92673. Mailed entries must be received by 10/01/2025.
5. PRIZES
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) free Rudy Project sport sunglass (up to $260 MSRP) and (1) Egos cycling helmet per Rudy Project's criteria and subject to availability at the time of the drawing conclusion.
OTHER PRIZES: Six (6) additional winners will receive one (1) free Rudy Project sport sunglass (up to $260 MSRP).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Winners are responsible for shipping fees associated with free product shipments.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on the following dates; 4/15/25, 6/3/25, 7/15/25, 8/12/25, 9/16/25, 10/21/25 and the grand prize drawing will be held on 10/21/25. The winners will be notified via email and must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants must remain subscribed to the Rudy Project Free Product Giveaway marketing list until the Giveaway ends to be eligible to win. Any entrant that unsubscribes from this marketing list is no longer eligible to win.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
