Crossway is a fabulously versatile helmet. With 23 oversized vents and padded airframe band along the forehead, it’s great for keeping you cool, even in hot summer weather. The visor offers relief from blazing sun, and the wrap-around coverage design offers extra impact protection. And it’s lighter than most road helmets at only 250 grams for a size S/M!

Triple In-Mold Construction

In-Mold technology allows us to cast the external polycarbonate outer shell directly during the injection stage of the expandable polystyrene (EPS) impact-absorbing foam. The result is a much more rigid structure which is knock-resistant and extremely light, allowing for better ventilation system. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap and exo-skeleton creates resistance to the mechanical action exercised by an impact and dissipates the energy in order to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.

The starting point for the development of Rudy Project’s helmets is the adoption of only highly-advanced materials which can absorb shocks and dissipate the mechanical energy without it being transferred to the head and body. Our bicycle helmets, depending on the design and market of destination, comply with the provisions of Module B of the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 “Personal Protective Equipment” and with the national standard transposing the harmonized standard(s) EN 1078:2012+A1:2012 “Helmets for pedal cyclists and for users of skateboards and roller skates” for PPE of Class II, or with American safety standard “CPSC § 12.03 U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older.”

Great helmet for a great price

The Strym Z Bike Helmet is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and affordable helmet. It’s easy to wear for long rides without feeling heavy, and the fit is super adjustable, so it stays snug without being uncomfortable.

Best for multiple positions

I am right between sizes, and I have purchased 2 of the wings. 1 large and 1 small. The small is harder to get on in T1 but the large was tougher to keep still, it kept wanting to rotate down on my forehead.
I love the visor. The magnets allow you to lift the visor with one hand and snap onto the top of the helmet. Visibility is pretty clear with great peripheral. I purchased the red Lense and use it 99% of the time.
Ventilation is on par for a TT helmet.

This is a great, fast helmet that doesn't penalize you if you can't hold the perfect position.
