Best for multiple positions

I am right between sizes, and I have purchased 2 of the wings. 1 large and 1 small. The small is harder to get on in T1 but the large was tougher to keep still, it kept wanting to rotate down on my forehead.
I love the visor. The magnets allow you to lift the visor with one hand and snap onto the top of the helmet. Visibility is pretty clear with great peripheral. I purchased the red Lense and use it 99% of the time.
Ventilation is on par for a TT helmet.

This is a great, fast helmet that doesn't penalize you if you can't hold the perfect position.

I'm a Medium

Sizing Info: My head measures 57.6 (22 13/16"), so I was RIGHT on the line between sizes. I went with the Smaller size. It IS tight around the ears, but otherwise is comfy. In T1, I have to flex the bottom of the helmet out to make sure I don't flip my ears down, but the Wing DOES flex enough to do this.

Functionally, I love the visor (the magnets are sturdy enough to have zero worries). A little practice on big climbs (IM Blue Ridge course) allows you to lift the visor with one hand and let the sweat drip somewhere other than onto the visor.
Visibility is excellent, it has particularly clear peripheral visibility.
Ventilation is adequate, for a TT helmet.
Dial microadjustment is good, I feel like the dial could be slightly larger.

So comfortable!

I was reluctant to purchase an aero helmet as a previous helmet was so uncomfortable. Since there was a discount and an offer for a custom wrap with my team name, I bit the bullet without even trying one on. I absolutely love it! The helmet fits perfectly, is quite comfortable and I love the visor. My sunglasses would dig into the sides of my head so this is a welcome change. No more dust in the eyes on windy days!
