This summer I bought a pair of Spinhawks. Big mistake. The frames were cheesy feeling and did not stay put. I managed divest myself of them and bought the Spinairs which I should have bought in the first place. The sticky nose pads and soft, bendable temple ends make these much more secure on my smallish face. They stay put while skiing and running. The frame materials feel more substantial. If you are more active, these are a far better choice and are of the quality I expect from Rudy Project.
The fit is perfect and I like how light weight the glasses are. I ordered because of the pink lenses - and love everything about them.
Love these glasses. Unfortunately lost a pair about 4 months ago, told myself I wasn't going to buy another pair and couldn't help myself. The photochromic lenses are amazing. I also have a replacement lens that is strictly for sunny days. Pretty easy to pop the lenses in and out. Highly recommend these for running & cycling.
These are a great middle ground between something giant like the Spinshield and traditional "sport" sunglasses like the Rydons. They're big enough to have great coverage but don't feel overly bulky. The photochromic lenses have been solid for me and clean nicely with a normal glasses cleaning solution. My one small issue is that they tend to sit quite high on my face, so may be difficult with some helmets. I know they work well with all Rudy helmets and my Giro Eclipse, FWIW.
I'm really glad I added this hat to my order. Lightweight and moisture-wicking, it is just perfect. Matches the Rudy shirt perfectly. Bonus - it cleans very easily and nicely as well.
