Did not work

You advertised that it was for high prescription, but after contacting Rudy Project, the inserts in the Exception sunglasses would have worked too. And my prescription would not work in either insert. Then when I tried to request a return number for them, it said they were not returnable. They were not used. I sent them back hoping for a refund.
