Excellent

Love this helmet. It's extremely comfortable. It's light weight and easy to adjust in the back. My husband also has this helmet and it probably saved his life! He took a major mountain bike crash and the helmet cracked and large pieces were taken out. Had that been his head, it would've been horrible. Thank you Rudy for making a durable helmet!

Great Helmet

Great helmet, far better for training and racing then my Giro and Specialized helmets that I have had. I won't go back for sure.

Air Conditioning for your Head!

This is my 3rd Rudy helmet, I also have a Wingspan (which I love!). This one is replacing a Zuma that I've had for several years. The venting on this is far superior! I live in the south and it's like riding into a blow dryer in the summer, I can feel a big difference in the amount of ventilation that this helmet offers! The straps are thinner than the Zuma, but this is of no concern.

Best helmet at this price

I have a long/oval shaped head between medium/large sizes (larger front to back than side to side) that is normally hard to find a helmet for. I initially loved this helmet. Construction is solid, the closure system is smooth and more comfortable than other brands in this price range. I then noticed it was giving me a pressure point at the temple due to my head shape but after moving the velcro piece for the padding and realizing I was wearing it a bit too tight it feels MUCH better. This might be the best helmet at this price point. I will definitely be trying other Rudy Project helmets!

Disappointing

Use: Road riding. I decided on this helmet because it was lighter than the more expensive helmets. It is light and comfortable on your head. The straps on this helmet are low end and cheap. They are thin, stiff and adjust poorly. To bad they decided to go cheap on them to save cost. There is no room for a ponytail between the helmet and the ratchet system. Site needs to show more detailed pictures of the helmets. There is no way to determine the actual shape and style of the helmet with just the one view.
