In the fall, rides often start out in low light that eventually becomes bright light. The IMPACTX-2 Photochromatic Clear to Black Lenses are perfect for those rides because the lenses transition from 9% transparency to 74% without having to stop to swap between spares. Include these in your list of riding essentials. I love mine!
I bought the Tralyx slim replacement lenses for my glasses. I got the photochromatic clear to laser black lenses and love them. I was on a ride the other day where it went from bright sunny conditions to cloudy and dark. The lenses performed perfectly in the changing light conditions.
I've worn the Rydon for years and now that I went with this new model with more sweep around the face, I'm converted. just couldn't be more thrilled!
Since I wear the slim version, there's no polar lens. that will be something that I'd be looking forward to. Otherwise great glasses, thank you
They don't bother to tell you there is a nut you need to order separately in order to fix the glasses. Another $5 shipping charge to go back and order the tiny nut. Then wait some more.
I’m disappointed with a short coming here. This helmet can really do with a true medium and that’s the only thing holding me back from 5 stars. The smaller version is a little too small for me, and the large version is a little too large; but I had to go with the larger one as the smaller kept snagging on my ears. Measuring my head per the size chart said to buy the smaller size, and I was kind of bummed I lost out on some money having to return it and rebuy it. The large is also too small for my buddy’s head, so RP lost out on a sale when I tried to recommend it. I have concerns about the fit of the larger version because it still feels a little loose cinched down, but in practice the helmet has been working. I’ve had two long training rides and two races with the helmet, and I have no complaints about comfort. Visibility is great, and sound is still reasonable (a little bit of resonating noise but for an aero helmet I can’t complain). So if you’re a true medium, you’re probably a large Wing.
Really good aero helmet. Very good option for both training, and racing. So far I've used it only on cooler days for training, and one warmer race.
It sits well, and for being an aero (more for speed than lots of ventilation) it's actually very breathable, and doesn't feel too hot.
Well done, would recommend to anyone who wants versatile helmets for everyday use, and racing at the same time!
