I love the people at Rudy Project NA. Aside from creating awesome helmets (thought I wish they'd bring back the hot florescent pink), when you have a question or need a replacement part, you get a response within 24 hours, and a personal email of thanks, with a follow up a few days later. I recently ordered a replacement retention disk, but I ordered the wrong one. They immediately sent me the correct one, no questions asked, and at no charge. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a replacement part (I have two helmets) and had great service both times. Very accommodating, which is becoming more and more rare in business these days. Received product in expected time. Application of replacement disk felt simple as lining up the little bumps with the holes in the helmet. Thanks.
