I love the people at Rudy Project NA. Aside from creating awesome helmets (thought I wish they'd bring back the hot florescent pink), when you have a question or need a replacement part, you get a response within 24 hours, and a personal email of thanks, with a follow up a few days later. I recently ordered a replacement retention disk, but I ordered the wrong one. They immediately sent me the correct one, no questions asked, and at no charge. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a replacement part (I have two helmets) and had great service both times. Very accommodating, which is becoming more and more rare in business these days.
