Rudy Project Sponsored Team: Jelly Belly shows its toughness in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — Four Jelly Belly p/b Kenda riders competed in Tulsa Tough this weekend, and their teamwork yielded a stage win and second place in the omnium.

Ken Hanson won the Brady Village Criterium on Saturday night and finished second overall.
He placed third in Stage 3 and fourth in Stage 1, where teammate Brad Huff was behind him in fifth. Will Dickeson and Sean Mazich provided critical moves on the race’s fast courses.
“Tulsa Tough went well for the team,” Hanson said. “Taking a win, a third place, and to end up second overall was great. All the riders really worked hard to help me finish strong everyday. I could have not done it without the guys.”
Next up for the team is the Nature Valley Grand Prix in Minnesota, beginning Wednesday.
“It’s a great result for the team heading into another NRC race,” said Jelly Belly p/b Kenda director Danny Van Haute.
