Rudy Project Dominates Helmet Count
for Record 5th Year in a Row

konaRudy Project smashed all records by earning the prestigious title of “Most Worn Helmet at the IRONMAN® World Championships presented by GoPRO®” for the FIFTH consecutive year! LAVA Magazine released their official product count numbers, announcing that Rudy Project was again #1 with 639 helmets. Read more here:

Iron Cowboy FINISHES the 50-50-50!

ic1HE DID IT! James Lawrence, The Iron Cowboy, crossed the finish line and completed 50 Full-Distance Triathlons, in 50 Days, in all 50 States!! 7,000+ Miles of racing. From all of us at Rudy Project, Congratulations James! ‪Read more here: 



Piampiano Punches First IRONMAN Win

HUGE shout out to Sarah Piampiano for punching her first IRONMAN win this year at IRONMAN Western Australia! We’d also like to congratulate Yvonne van Vlerken who rounded out the women’s podium in 3rd. Read more at



Jones & Kelly Win World Paratriathlon Grand Final

Paratriathlete Katie Kelly and her triathlete guide Michellie Jones won gold for Australia at the International Triathlon Union’s (ITU) World Triathlon Grand Final in Chicago! Kelly was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome, which makes her both hearing and vision impaired and is now considered legally blind. Jelly Belly Cycling Dominates at Redlands

IMG_3758Jelly Belly Cycling grabbed the Team GC win, and Gavin Mannion‘s took 2nd GC at Redlands Bicycle Classic this year! Check out some awesome photos here:



Haskins Takes San Juan

Congratulations to Sarah Haskins for winning her IRONMAN® debut in Puerto Rico! Our sincere thoughts are also with the two athletes who were wounded during this race. Read more details here:



Andy Newell on How to Wax for Classic

Three-time Olympian and US Ski Team Andy Newell is an all-around bad-ass, and he took time out of his busy schedule in Davos, Switzerland to provide Slowtwitch’s installment of, “Why Triathletes Should Nordic Ski” with an excellent video on classic waxing. Check it out:



Sprint Finish for Chrabot at Chattanooga

Some speedy run splits helped decide the podium at IRONMAN Chattanooga this year! Congrats to the women’s champion Carrie Lester as well as Kim Schwabenbauer who snagged 3rd! The men’s race came down to a brutal sprint, but Matt Chrabot was able to capture 2nd! Be sure to watch the video below & read more about this historic finish at TRS Triathlon:
